Deeper yoga practice and yoga therapy is ultimately more a way of undoing than doing. It’s a way of turning within and letting go of layers of tension. It’s discovering the healing essence so that we naturally let go of our stress, our anxiety, our negativity, our traumas, all these emotional factors that disturb us and keep us down.
In this series, you will release entire body tension, decompress the spine, improve posture, quiet your mind, promote a combo of relaxation and alertness, create mental clarity and stillness, promote mental strength, resolve and cultivate inner stability.
Each class includes nervous system calming breath work, spinal decompression and guided meditation.
