  • You’re a ‘bedtime procrastinator’ and you fall asleep fine but you could use a shift in your routine or habits

  • You wake up throughout the night and it takes >20 minutes to fall asleep again

  • You usually sleep alright, but want some tools for the occasional rough night

  • You have ‘daytime symptoms’ of poor sleep - low energy, mental fatigue, snappiness, anxiety, etc

  • You want more energy, patience in your relationships, and to feel more “on” during the day

  • You’re open to learn about what science and the ancients have been saying about sleep and dabble in some techniques

  • You want deeper sleep and more of it

SLEEP impacts EVERYTHING!

When you don’t get enough sleep, you know that you’re not going to have a very productive next day. When you have some nights in a row of that, it kind of builds on you.

Research shows these things happen when we don’t get the rest we need:

  • <8 hours of sleep = losing 10 years of testosterone

  • What you eat doesn’t really matter if you’re not sleeping well

  • 4 hours of sleep for only one night = a 70% drop in your immune system’s fighting activity

  • Insufficient sleep is now correlated with Alzheimer’s and Dementia

  • >6 hours for several nights in a row = pre-diabetes (Metabolic Syndrome)

  • Sleeping pills should only be used as a short term strategy in combination with holistic methods designed to get to the root of the sleep issues

Join LIVE on Tuesdays at 12-1pm MDT on Zoom.
